Terrey became a physiotherapist while following an intense curiosity to learn about the brain and body in developing humans.
Her special interest is hydrotherapy and water awareness for neurodiverse children, particularly following the autism diagnosis of her eldest child. Terrey would like to be a part of a world that accepts and embraces neurodivergence!
Terrey loves playing sport in the backyard with her family and ocean swimming.

Bec is an occupational therapist and mum-of-three who has a drive to empower parents and support development holistically. Bec's special interest is babies and early development, with extensive training and work experience that extends internationally from America to Uganda and Peru. Bec loves days at the beach with her family and a (hot!) mug of coffee.

Izabela is the welcoming face of EveryKid and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic as Head of Administration. With a strong passion for paediatrics and a genuine love for working with children and families, she brings both warmth and efficiency to every interaction.
Before joining EveryKid, Izabela spent 12 years as a flight attendant, developing exceptional organisational and people skills. She has also been involved in running playgroups, further strengthening her connection to supporting children and families within the community.
Outside of work, Izabela enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time outdoors, especially watching Australian sunsets. A fun fact about Izabela; she is fluent in German!

Kira’s fascination with physiotherapy stemmed from growing up watching the physios at competitive sports games. She is now particularly captivated by amputee/prosthetic rehabilitation and paediatric development at EveryKid. Having relocated from South Australia, Kira is excitedly completing her physiotherapy studies at The University of Sydney.
As administrative support she is tech savvy and an initiative trail blazer when it comes to systems.
Beyond the clinic, her passion lies in books; with a home library of over 250, especially treasured fantasy editions. A surprising fact? Kira holds a certification in strength and conditioning and spends her free time mastering powerlifting!

Amy is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations at EveryKid, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both families and clinicians. As our Operations Manager, she plays a key role in supporting families to access the right therapies at the right time, bringing organisation, efficiency and care to every interaction.
Amy has always had a passion for working with children. Her experience as a swim teacher sparked her interest in supporting young children’s development, which has since grown into a special interest in hydrotherapy.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys snowboarding, taking on obstacle courses, and sharing her knowledge of fascinating facts about the human body.

Originally from New Zealand, Zoe brings warmth, creativity and a calm presence to every session. As an Occupational Therapist, she’s passionate about early intervention and supporting children with complex or rare needs.
Zoe has a special knack for helping kids with daily living tasks like dressing, feeding and toileting and loves making therapy fun and practical. She’s worked in schools, clinics and community settings, including as the only OT in a 130-student special education school. Zoe’s focus is always on what matters most to each family: connection, confidence and meaningful progress.

Choosing the path of paediatric occupational therapy was a natural fit for Erin, driven by the joy of collaborating with children and their families. Specialising in fine and gross motor skills, school readiness and assistive technology equipment, Erin is committed to empowering young ones to achieve their goals whilst bringing a smile to their face.
Beyond the therapy room, Erin finds joy in the color green, relishes Mexican cuisine and cheese and antipasto platters. Whether at the beach or curled up at home watching movies, she embraces life's simple pleasures. And when it comes to play, any ball game is Erin's go-to – bringing the same enthusiasm and energy to both work and play.

Veronica is a dedicated altruist, with previous experience as a community OT working with refugees and migrants, and volunteering in special education schools.
Studying psychology as an undergraduate and then a masters in OT, she is driven to enhance children’s quality of life in all aspects of play, learning, home life and community. Also, being in the school choir for 11 years, she will give any nursery rhyme a run for its money!
Veronica loves trying new hobbies, spending time in the Blue Mountains with her husband and playing with her adopted cat, Darlington!

Ever the creator, her dreams include becoming a children’s author and crafting play materials. Amidst her artistic talents and beach adventures, her love of Sri Lankan cuisine stands out.

Kiera was driven to pursue a career in OT from her passion for working with kids, where her bubbly and energetic personality would be perfect for paediatrics!
With a background as a disability support worker, OOSH educator, and childcare attendant, Kiera is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families. Her interest areas include ASD, ADHD, Tourette’s, and OCD, and Angelman Syndrome.
Beyond the clinic, you might find Kiera dancing, playing netball, or enjoying her favourite Japanese dishes. And, of course, hanging out with her dog, Millie!

Jessica brings a wealth of experience to EveryKid, with a strong background in neurological rehabilitation and a passion for helping children develop practical, meaningful skills. She has spent over a decade working in the UK and Zimbabwe, supporting children and families.
Jessica has worked across a range of areas including neurological rehabilitation, hand therapy and paediatrics. She particularly enjoys supporting children with neurological conditions, upper limb difficulties and sensory needs, and takes a practical approach to therapy that focuses on functional, everyday outcomes.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors.

Previously working in administration, waitressing, and even as a drama teacher, Arathi has always loved working with people. Her experience in education has taught her the value of encouraging kid’s confidence when they are young, and has guided her in her journey as a therapist.
Ever creative and compassionate, Arathi loves to see our kids living with Cerebral Palsy and Dyspraxia. Her bread & butter areas for therapy include fine motor skills - most specifically developing grasp and hand strength for handwriting.
In her free time, Arathi loves warm sunny days at the beach.

Liv has worked in a variety of places, from Sydney Children's Hospital to the GWS Giants AFL team. While undergoing a paediatric placement, Liv felt she truly belonged. She wanted to really help children and their families, while having fun through therapy.
Liv's special areas of interest are infant development and sensory influences on motor skills. She is also passionate about creating inclusive sport opportunities so all kids have the chance to be active.
When Liv isn't working, you may find her having a sunset picnic on the beach.

Dalena’s interest in physiotherapy stemmed from a background as a support worker for children with special needs, where she was inspired by the power of early intervention and neuroplasticity.
She is a mixed bag of experience and expertise, her interest areas including neurological & rare genetic conditions, gait analysis and orthotic management, orthopaedics and toe-walking. She is level C Dynamic movement intervention (DMI) trained. Dalena also has further training in OSKAR orthotic management, and has worked in a huge variety of areas (from Cairns, Australia all the way to Kathmandu, Nepal!)
Dalena finds joy in hiking and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Though she swears she was awful at sports as a kid, she credits her newfound skills to neuroplasticity - her mantra: it’s never too late to try new things!

Alexa comes from an active background, having grown up as an athletic kid and moving on to coaching gymnastics, becoming a paediatric physiotherapist just made sense! She thrives on helping children develop their physical skills while having fun in the process.
Before joining EveryKid, Alexa has worked in a range of areas, including paediatrics, spinal rehabilitation, neurology, and even as a camp counsellor! She also has additional background in Kinesiology, and DMI.Outside of work, Alexa loves hiking, visiting beautiful places like Barcelona, and enjoys indulging in her favourite pasta dishes. A passionate traveler with three passports, she brings an adventurous spirit to everything she does. A fun fact about Alexa; she speaks fluent German!

Harrison comes from a strong sporting background and has always had a passion for movement, making a career in physiotherapy a natural fit. With experience in coaching basketball and Muay Thai, he loves helping children build their strength, coordination and confidence while keeping sessions fun and engaging.
Before joining EveryKid, Harrison worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and as a pool lifeguard supervisor. He also volunteered as a sports coach, which helped shape his ability to connect with children and create supportive, motivating environments.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys training Muay Thai, planning his next snowboarding trip, and finding the best bubble tea spots. A fun fact about Harrison; he speaks Vietnamese!

Nicky grew up in sunny Queensland and completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Brisbane. She started out working in musculoskeletal sports rehab, but found a passion in treating her paediatric patients.
Nicky always wanted to work in an area where she could improve a child’s quality of life, whilst having heaps of fun - so paediatric physiotherapy was the perfect combo! She has an interest in treating orthopaedic concerns and motor skill development delays. Her goal is to support every child and their family along the way.
When it comes to fun, her favourite activity in the centre is any type of obstacle course. Outside of the centre, Nicky loves heading to the beach, eating sour lollies and running (she’s finished six half marathons!).

Huss’ journey is as fascinating as his work. From delving into a thesis on pain interference in children with CP to a 3 month placement in China, he is passionate about making a difference.
With a heart for conditions like CP, genetic issues and the joy of working with babies, Huss dreams of owning a clinic on a rural farm.
Beneath the professional facade, Huss is a talented runner, completing 10ks in just an hour and a guitar enthusiast. When it comes to games, it's all about Monopoly!

Pam had always envisioned working within a field that would allow her to continue learning whilst making a positive difference to a person's life. Now, she gets to live out her dream and have fun with kids at the same time!
Her special area of interest is the support of neurotypical and neurodivergent children who are Gestalt Language Processors.
Visiting cafes, playing arcade games, dyeing her hair, and going on spontaneous outdoor adventures are Pam's favourite things. And she has a superpower — she can sleep anywhere, at any time!

Fitting for a speech therapist, Jamie is best described as ‘a bit of a chatterbox,’ with an inquisitive and outgoing personality that helps him build strong connections with clients and families. He has worked across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including language and school readiness groups, culturally diverse parent training programs, and therapy for children with cleft lip and palate.
Jamie’s professional interests include literacy, phonological and articulation therapy, and supporting alternative communication methods including high-tech devices such as eye-gaze systems.Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with friends, staying active at the gym, or unwinding with a good book.

Rosa, who was a primary school teacher for three years, just loves working with kids. From the classroom to therapy, she has always wanted to support children and their families find the right tools to improve their lives.
Her special interests include providing better support for our next generation in areas of speech, fluency, language, feeding, and social communication skills.
Rosa loves ice cream, sushi, dancing, and travelling. Her black cat is, strangely, named Shiro ('little white' in Japanese). And, she knows a trick that stops hiccups!

Outside of the therapy space, Julia considers herself as quite the foodie, and a fan of world history. Also a professed maths lover, Julia enjoys solving a Rubik’s cube or two!

Mai-rah has experience working with children from a range of backgrounds. She particularly enjoys using active music-making, songwriting, and play-based approaches to support communication, social-emotional development, and self-regulation, tailoring each session to the child’s unique strengths and interests.
Outside of work, Mai-rah loves songwriting, spending time at the beach, and exploring her creative side through activities like jewellery making, painting and sculpting.

A proud parent, she values individualised support and empowering families. Sylvia also coaches Under-12s touch football, blending psychology with team dynamics.
At EveryKid, she leads the psychology team, fostering collaboration to provide comprehensive, child-centred care. Committed to continuous learning, she is pursuing EMDR training, AI in psychology and advanced paediatric therapy.
