EveryBub Move & Play is designed for babies who are pre-sitters and pre-crawlers.
Our general age guide is 4-10 months. Developmental stage is considered alongside age, so babies do not need to fit an exact age or milestone cut-off to be considered.

For some babies, individual support may be more appropriate. If this is the case, the physiotherapist can discuss the available options with you.

FAQs
-
Each class includes a combination of hands-on movement activities, parent education and time for questions.
Sessions may include activities such as tummy time, rolling, reaching, sitting, transitions, weight shifting and early crawling movements.
Each week, families will also receive practical ideas, strategies and printed resources to explore with their baby at home.
-
You do not need to bring a play mat.
We recommend bringing:
A water bottle for yourself
Your usual nappy bag and anything your baby may need
Your baby's favourite toy, if helpful
Comfortable clothing for both you and your baby
Babies can be fed, changed, cuddled or settled during the session as needed.
-
Up to two parents or carers can attend with one baby.
The sessions are hands-on, so if one parent or carer is attending with two babies, two separate places are required and one participating adult is required per baby. Each parent or carer remains responsible for their child during the session.
-
To help keep the group focused and ensure the sessions remain safe and manageable, unfortunately we cannot accomodate for siblings to be present.
