What you’ll learn

  • What’s really driving your child’s behaviour

  • The difference between tantrums and meltdowns

  • How to respond to challenging moments with confidence

  • How to set boundaries while maintaining connection

  • Practical strategies you can start using immediately

What makes this workshop different

This is not a passive presentation.

Our workshops are designed to be interactive, hands-on, and practical - giving you the opportunity to ask questions, explore real-life situations, and practise strategies with guidance from experienced clinicians.

To support a safe and open environment, this session will not be recorded.

All attendees will receive a parent tip booklet via email, summarising key strategies and takeaways so you can revisit what you’ve learned at home.
