Build Confidence to
Manage Challenging Behaviours
Tackling the Toddler Years:
Parent Workshop
If you’re navigating tantrums, big emotions, or challenging behaviours, you’re not alone.
This in-person parent workshop is designed to help you better understand what’s driving your child’s behaviour, and how to respond in a way that supports their development while maintaining connection.
Please note that this session covers general behavioural management for children aged 2 - 4 and is not a diagnosis-specific workshop.
Co-facilitated by our Principal Psychologist, Sylvia, alongside our Senior Occupational Therapist, Veronica, this highly interactive session brings a complete view of your child’s emotional and physical needs, giving you a well-rounded, practical approach you can use at home.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
✔︎ What’s really driving your child’s behaviour (the “why” behind it)
✔︎ The difference between tantrums and meltdowns and how to respond
✔︎ How to support your child’s emotional regulation and development
✔︎ Practical strategies you can use at home and in everyday situations
✔︎ How to set clear, age-appropriate boundaries while maintaining connection
