Yearly Planner
Your NDIS budget is one lump sum for the full plan year. Use the desktop Excel file's Yearly Planner tab.
Quarterly Planner
Your plan was approved or renewed after 19 May 2025. Your funding comes in quarters. Use Quarter 1 to Quarter 4 tabs. The Yearly Summary tab adds everything up.
Enter your plan dates
Type the start and end dates in the orange cells. The number of weeks calculates automatically.
Enter your budget
Find the Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living) amount in your NDIS plan or myplace portal and type it in.
Choose a therapy
Click the dropdown in the Therapy type column and choose from the list.
Choose a session type
Click the dropdown in the Session type column. The fee fills in automatically once you choose.
Set how often
Choose a frequency from the dropdown. The number of sessions calculates from your plan dates automatically.
Offsite visits with travel
Choose "Offsite visit with travel" as the session type. Enter the one-way distance in km.
Travel is billed at up to 30 minutes each way. Your therapy's labour rate per minute applies, plus $0.99 per km each way.
Add other providers
Include services from other providers to see your full NDIS spending in one place.
Check your summary
The summary shows your total cost, remaining budget and status. Green = on track. Amber = getting close. Red = over budget.
