Mindful Movers
We are excited to offer our brand new group Mindful Movers run by two Occupational Therapists. This group combines yoga, dance, movement, rhythm and sensory based activities to support your child’s gross motor, emotional, self regulation and social skills. All while participating in a fun and supportive environment.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club
Back by popular demand! Join us for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club led by a Physiotherapist and our expert Kaizen Foundation coaches, this group offers a high-support, low-sensory environment where every child can move at their own pace. We focus on building confidence and body awareness through play and connection, no pressure, just fun.

Board Games Club
Our Games Club is all about having fun while learning strategy, taking turns, and handling winning and losing with good sportsmanship. Designed for our older kiddos, this club helps kids build friendships and develop important social skills, all through exciting games and teamwork!
